Anna Warrington has been named the new executive director of the Andover Advantage Foundation, as of May 5, 2016.
Warrington is married and has three children that attend Andover Schools. She is originally from Alabama, but has called the Midwest home for much of her life.
Warrington has lived in Andover since 2012. Andover’s schools are what motivated Warrington and her family to choose the city, and she quickly became involved with the Andover Advantage Foundation because of her love of public education and community involvement. Warrington enjoys building relationships with volunteers, staff, parents and sponsors, all of whom work tirelessly and passionately for children's futures.
“I am excited for Andover Advantage Foundation this year as we celebrate not only 20 years as a foundation, but awarding nearly $1 million in classroom grants,” said Warrington. “We will be working hard during the summer to plan ways to not only inform our community about AAF, but also build on ways to ensure opportunities for an even greater impact for many years to come. It is our community, our businesses and our alumni who have helped in our school district's success and we want everyone to be part of the celebration and share in the excitement.”
Andover Advantage Foundation is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization. Its mission is to provide resources to assure a margin of excellence in the educational experience of all students through a partnership of our community and the Andover Public Schools.
